Together, we'll explore Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic unwinding, while making time for shared meals, gentle excursions, quiet reflection, and simply being.

Kundalini Yoga
Daily kriyas, meditation and breathwork.
Gentle body-based sessions supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release and integration. Sessions are not included in the retreat price.

Hidden within a lush palm-filled ravine in northern Gran Canaria, Anatot Retreat Centre offers a peaceful setting for practice, rest, and reflection. Surrounded by gardens and nature, the centre has welcomed retreat guests for more than 35 years.
The accommodation is simple, beautiful, and designed to support a slower pace, inviting you to disconnect from everyday routines and settle into the rhythm of the week. Three nourishing vegetarian meals are prepared daily using fresh, seasonal ingredients, many harvested from Anatot's own ecological garden. Vegan and gluten-free options are available.
