You Are The Sea is a unique bodywork practice created by Franco Rebagliati, drawing on 20 years of experience with Esalen massage. It approaches massage as a form of art—one that supports not just the body, but also the emotions. The focus is on feeling. During each session, you’re gently guided to notice what your body is experiencing. Emotions are seen as an important part of this process—something to be acknowledged, felt, and worked through. It’s a way of supporting emotional wellbeing through the body, not just the mind. Franco now shares this work with his wife, Emilie de la Chapelle, a bodywork practitioner who brings her own sensitivity and depth to the practice.
