Kundalini Yoga: Healing the Nervous System
Tuesday · 18:00–19:00 · Helsinki Healing Arts Center
Most people are not struggling because something is wrong with them. They are struggling because their nervous system has never been shown how to stop bracing. Thirty years of working with the body has taught me one thing above all else: the system does not need pushing. It needs to be met.
Kundalini Yoga is the most direct path I have found for doing exactly that. Through specific sequences of movement, breath, and sound, the body begins to release patterns it has been holding for years, sometimes decades. .
First Degree Reiki — Usui Shoden Weekend Intensive | Helsinki Healing Arts Center
Reiki is one of the most practical healing tools available and one of the most misunderstood. This weekend gives you direct experience of what energy healing actually is, how it works, and how to use it in your own life and with others.
I've been working with Reiki clients for nearly three decades and teaching this course in Finland for over 15 years. I've watched it shift the lives of corporate professionals, students, seniors, and families. It belongs to every lifestyle.
It also belongs in every practice. Massage therapists, counsellors, teachers, and therapists find that Reiki doesn't replace what they already do, it deepens it.
What the weekend covers:
What Reiki is and how to align with its practice
Self healing and healing with others
Ancient tools and techniques for understanding energy and healing
Self care and tools for continued growth
First Degree attunement and hands-on practice

Teacher: Kuldip Ian Quinterno, LMT, NMT
Kuldip has been practicing Reiki for nearly three decades and teaching it in Finland for over 15 years. He works daily as a practitioner and is a Somatic Unwinding specialist, Kundalini Yoga teacher, and 6th degree black belt in internal martial arts. Healing is not a subject he studies from a distance. He has sat with thousands of clients, trained students across Europe, the US, and South America, and has built a school in Helsinki around one conviction: that the body knows how to heal, and the practitioner's job is to get out of the way. That is what this weekend is about.
Saturday & Sunday August 1–2
Friday August 7 at the Sweet Healing Festival
Second Degree Reiki — Usui Okuden Weekend Intensive | Helsinki Healing Arts Center
First Degree opens the door. Second Degree is what's behind it.
Okuden, the inner teachings, is where the practice deepens. Sacred symbols, distant healing, working across time and space. This is not more of the same. It is a different level of working with energy, and once you have it, you cannot go back.
Continuing the studies matters because the knowledge is layered by design. Each level reveals what the previous one was preparing you for. Most students arrive at Second Degree thinking they understood Reiki. By Sunday they know they were just getting started.
Massage therapists, counsellors, teachers, and therapists find that Okuden doesn't just add tools. It reorients how they see their work.
What the weekend covers:
The Reiki symbols and how to work with them
Distant healing, sending Reiki across time and space
Mental and emotional healing techniques
Energetic programming and intentional practice
Deepening your sensitivity and precision as a practitioner
Integrating Second Degree into professional work

September 2026—March 2027
This is a two-day training for anyone who wants to learn to work with the body, whether to deepen your own practice or because you're thinking about doing this for a living.
Over the two days I'll share the fundamentals as I work with them: how to approach the body, how to ready it, how to make contact with another person, and how to trust what you feel under your hands. We'll cover simple touch techniques, reading the body, the emotion held in the tissue, and how to stay present and steady while someone is on the table.
This course is a prerequisite for the professional training program, which begins each September. If you continue, what you pay here goes toward your full tuition.
DATE & TIME: March 6-7th 10.00–16.00
