  • Kuldip Quinterno, NMT LMT, is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the field of somatic therapy and naturopathy with a remarkable career spanning over 25 years. His expertise encompasses various areas, including Regenerative Detoxification, Lymphatic Iridology, Fascial Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Kundalini Yoga, and the Internal Martial Arts, in which he holds an esteemed title of Shidoshi (5th Degree Black Belt).

    Kuldip's martial arts journey began at a tender age of 8 under the guidance of his esteemed teacher, Grandmaster Hong Hu, and he continues to embrace the role of a dedicated student. His commitment to transformation is profound, evident from his first encounter with Kundalini Yoga in 1998, which steered him away from destructive paths and led him to delve into the natural healing art of Reiki.

    Years of dedicated practice in Kundalini Yoga and Reiki eventually led Kuldip to meet his mentor, Dr. Dyal Singh Khalsa, NMT. This encounter marked the beginning of a remarkable 7-year journey as Dr. Dyal Singh's foremost student and teaching assistant. During this time, Kuldip devoted thousands of hours to assisting clients and students, witnessing firsthand the profound healing transformations facilitated by his teacher.

    Drawing upon his extensive experience and mastery of his craft, Kuldip Singh developed a graceful approach called Somatic Unwinding, which serves as a pathway to personal unfoldment. Presently, he serves as the Director of Education at the Helsinki Healing Arts School while simultaneously maintaining a thriving full-time practice, aiding clients in their journey to unwind physical and emotional trauma.
