Somatic Unwinding Sessions
The Somatic Unwinding Method was originally developed by Mark Lamm, passed on by Dyal S. Khalsa, LMT, and is now expanded upon and taught by Kuldip Quinterno, NMT, LMT.
This body-based therapy works to unwind and release tension, dysfunction, and trauma in the client's fascia. The process supports the release of stored trauma patterns and emotional blocks while activating the body’s natural self-regulation and healing responses. Sessions are custom-tailored to the client's needs and aspirations, inviting the restoration of balance and both functional and emotional freedom in the body.
Re–Sync Session
This whole-body movement technique calms the nervous system, releases stress, and brings body and mind back into balance. It offers immediate relief, gently dissolving tension, supporting alignment, and restoring ease and clarity. Though just 15 minutes long, its effects can last for days—leaving you feeling more present, connected, and at peace.
The Re—Sync reset can be added to a bodywork session or booked on its own as weekly support, helping you stay balanced and clear over time.
